Victoria is a highly collaborative Marketing and Sales Executive, with nearly twenty years experience in the communications sector. Her experience spans from start-ups to mature products.
Victoria joined Xero earlier this year as Managing Director NZ and is also a Director of Aura Information Security and a Trustee of NZ Hi-Tech Trust.
Victoria is a tech enthusiast, Mum and wanna be long distance sports freak. S he is a passionate kiwi and a member of NZ Global Women.
Suse is the Executive Director of Angel Association New Zealand and a founder of Angel HQ, the Wellington region’s angel network. She currently sits on the Board of Angel HQ and is an enthusiastic believer in the ability of angel investment to make the world a better place. Suse was formerly the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Investment at Grow Wellington.
Prior to that she was the Executive Director of the business lobby group, The Trade Liberalisation Network. This followed a ten year career with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade which included working for the Foreign Minister and a posting in London representing New Zealand’s trade and economic interests.
Barry is a professional director and agribusiness consultant with extensive experience in agribusiness both in New Zealand and internationally. His experience includes leadership of New Zealand’s largest nationwide agribusiness, PGG Wrightson with turnover of $1.2 billion and 3000 staff.
Richard leads NZTE’s strategy development, performance, and key stakeholder relations functions at NZTE. He has held a number of roles at NZTE including General Manager Capital, Director ICT, Creative & Services and Regional Director, EMEA.
Previous industry experience includes engineering, R&D, business development, strategy, and general management roles, over an 18-year career with Fonterra, including eight years based in Europe. Subsequent New Zealand based roles included corporate strategy and global ingredients marketing management. In April 2004, Richard founded a beverage technology start-up, of which he is a director and shareholder.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Chemical and Process Engineering from Canterbury University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology from Massey University. Richard is a Director on the WREDA Board and an active member of Angel HQ in Wellington and the NZ Institute of Directors.
