DESIGN SPRINT

Fast-track your project.

Originating from Google Ventures, this is a value-based approach to the design and testing of a solution and its desired outcomes. Participants will learn empathy-based interview techniques, how to analyse existing solutions and how to test potential solutions.

We’ll give you an introduction to practical innovation methodologies and demystify some of the innovation jargon. This immersive workshop will give you practical experience in Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, Problem Discovery and proven approaches for effective innovation.

HACKATHON

Crowdsource thinking about a specific problem.

A CHQ Hackathon is a short-format, intense workshop-style event, brings together a diverse crowd with differing experiences and viewpoints on a specific subject. A Hackathon allows someone to pitch an idea, gather a team, develop a solution and then pitch to the rest of the cohort.

A value-based approach to the design and testing of a solution and its desired outcomes. Participants will learn how to sell to early adopters, how to identify desirable solutions, collaborative problem solving and assumption mapping.

Get a full innovation checkup.

We’ll assess your project team or organisation’s capability level. The Audit provides a comprehensive report for senior management or governance bodies about the current state of the organisation. The audit assesses the knowledge of innovation methodologies, and the Adaptability Quotient, Entrepreneurial Quotient for all staff.

Get at the core of your problem.

A Problem Discovery Lab will get you up to speed with the design thinking principles and lean startup methodology used in the end-to-end innovation framework. You will go through a structured process that puts customers at the centre.

A Creative HQ Customer Lab is a 4-week immersive programme at an offsite location with a small multi-disciplinary team of 3-4 participants. The customer lab covers the lean startup and agile phases of the end-to-end innovation framework.
