What we did together
Built innovation capability in HCMPC staff.
In April 2019, twenty delegates from the Ho Chi Minh People’s Committee (HCMPC) in Vietnam came to Creative HQ for two weeks to do a Nano Degree in Public Sector Innovation.
The HCMPC recognised Creative HQ as leaders in the GovTech space globally, with a particular interest in the structure and rigour we have developed for our innovation practices and processes – especially for public sector innovation.
How we did it
We started by developing opportunity statements with HCMPC and tailored the Nano Degree to fit. Using the latest Agile innovation tools and methodologies, Creative HQ guided the delegates through the solution creation process.
The result
In the end, two teams pitched their solutions to the chairman of Ho Chi Minh City.
A key outcome of the Nano Degree was the upskilling of HCMPC staff in leading innovation tools, which they have since taken back and integrated into their wider organisation.
