Facilitation

Creative HQ’s Certificate in Facilitation (formerly Certificate in Innovation Delivery) is made up of three workshops: Making a great start (preparation & kick-off), Front of room (facilitation skills & people management) and In the thick of it (room management).

After the successful competition of all three workshops, participants are awarded the Certificate in Facilitation.

The recipients of this certificate have learnt the basics of facilitating a workshop and confidently managing a room.
